“Well, let's just say my 16 hr road trip came with some fun speed bumps. No tools with me or anything, so I knew I had to tear it apart where I could get tools and parts that I would need. Well, pulled in at 8:02 a.m. and was done doing my wheel bearing with time to spare for the wedding I was in town for. If it wasn't for Logan and Josh being so helpful, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you guys for being so chill! (I'm really bad with names, but I believe those are accurate.)”

“My battery died the end of May while moving my mother into a nursing home. Although I have AAA, they did not have anyone available to come and replace my battery. After spending more than 90 minutes trying to locate a AAA contractor, I finally settled on having the battery jumped and then drove directly to Auto Zone. They were FANTASTIC! Although the battery connections were badly corroded and the battery was extremely difficult to get to, they realized how desperate I was (I live 55 miles away!) and they persevered. There were three VERY kind and helpful employees that helped out that day and I was so appreciative of them. I highly recommend this Jerseyville Auto Zone! Thank you for being there on a tough day.”

“This place was amazing, my car stopped working. Started making noises was shaking a bit. I had no idea what it was. A nice gentleman tried to diagnose it for me but he said you're better off. Going to Quality. One of the best decisions I made to have the work done by reliable, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I don't live in the area but I highly recommend this place for auto sales and repairs. Keith was very helpful. Explained every detail and got me out of there by the end of the day. Thank you guys!!!”
