“I just wanted to say thanks to Keith & the service department.My wife & I were on our way to southern MO. My truck wouldn't start without a jump. I need a new battery, none of the part stores could do the install due to the electronics. I drove to Quality and explained our situation to Keith. He was able to get a new battery installed in under 30 minutes. Even being down a tech. He didn't have to help me but chose to do so anyway. Above & beyond in our opinion.
