“There’s no words to explain my immense gratitude towards Chris and his team. I’m sure my accident, and timeline it took to have the claim processed was one for the books. Chris from the beginning, took the time to explain in detail, what to do and how to move forward regarding costs and insurance. Let’s just say the at-fault party’s insurance was trying to short me over $10,000 on a huge claim. We won, with some help, and had them pay out all original OEM parts and had my vehicle fixed to its original state. Just how every vehicle should be repaired. From start to finish, my claim took about six months and Rainbow made sure to communicate every step of the way. This whole situation was a huge headache, but Chris having the professionalism and knowledge of an attorney, made this process more at ease. I highly encourage this shop to anyone who is considering having any sort of repairs done to their vehicle. With doing lots of research and narrowing down my shop of choice, an “insurance preferred” shop is never the route to take. If myself, or any of my friends or family were to ever experience another accident (I hope never), I will be sure of only taking our vehicles to Rainbow. My RT looks brand new again!

“We had a fantastic experience with Sharp Auto Body. Louie and his team saved us from a low ball repair offer from our insurance company, and even recommended a mediator to solve the discrepancy. The repairs were originally projected by the insurance company at only $1500 and after Louie’s assistance, the insurance company was forced to pay almost $12,000 in repairs on my wife’s brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was rear ended by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. They were so kind and comforting throughout the whole ordeal and even gave us a free rental car to drive while the repairs and the mediation were going on. I will always highly recommend Sharp Auto Body as they are the pinnacle of auto body repair excellence!”

I was recommended by a family friend to bring my vehicle to this shop, they helped me every step of the way, I met with Rick, and he explained to me how things where going to get handled, he was there every step of the way from the moment I called them till the moment I pick up my vehicle once it was finished, Rick would call me weekly for updates and information about what was getting done to my vehicle, Rick always made sure I had an update and was always in the loop, once I went to pick up my car I couldn’t believe it, they did a better job then factory! From the paint getting and all the body panels lined up perfect, they treated my vehicle as if it was one of theirs, this is the best body shop in the area!! Family own too!! Great staff and overall Rick was amazing! Great Guy, Definitely recommend this shop!!”

I was lucky enough to notice a weathered "Auto Body " sign on the NORTH side of Burnett Rd. near my house in Island Lake after leaving a similar place on the SOUTH side that was a joke. Never greeted or acknowledged at all. I opened the door at Nostalgic (586 E Burnett Rd.) and was very pleasantly greeted by a guy working on a car. I'm unhappy that I didn't learn his name. Eric Pasternak heard our conversation and immediately popped out of his office. Very professionally assessed my issue . Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. We came to a deal. Got a free ride home and back to pick up my vehicle. The paint job was excellent. All because of the guy that I didn't catch his name was so friendly to break the ice. So that guy needs a raise Eric.”

My brand new car was damaged on the rear bumper and back panels when another car rolled into it at the carwash. It was subtle damage, but there was quite a bit of of it.
