“I was on I94 on Saturday afternoon over the Labor Day holiday when my car started making a very unpleasant sound. I got off the expressway at Gurnee and looked up auto repair shops nearby. I called Jose and he said to bring my car straight over. Everyone at the shop was really friendly and Jose looked at my car straight away. Within an hour I left the shop with a fixed car.
