A couple weeks after I got my car back, the left headlight which was replaced went out. Turns out it was a faulty bulb. The shop replaced it at no charge.”

“I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee where the wheel lock was stripped and over tightened. I drove in off the street and the owner was willing to get in there and take a wheel lock off nobody was willing to touch. Then I got the bil and I was literally floored by the price. It was very cheap compared to what I was expecting. I will be bringing back mine with my fiances car for anything I can't do myself. Good old American auto shop.......”

They communicated directly with my insurance company, provided a free loaner car so I was never inconvenienced, and advocated for my repair to be restored to true factory standards. If it hadn’t been for Louie and his team, I would have unknowingly accepted about one-quarter of the compensation I was actually entitled to—and the value of my car would have taken a major hit.

“When it rains it pours. I had two vehicles go wonky on me at once! Two! Mike helped me and my son out by swapping out what vehicle he was working on and getting it done fast. He was very helpful and explained everything. I also found out he’s not just a business in wonder lake. He’s lived here for years. And that’s nice to hear. I love when businesses are not just in the community but from the community. He helped me with prices and made sure I saw everything he did. E even helped my son find cheaper parts for his vehicle. “Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH AMAZINGLY GOOD HEART! I definitely will be going here for any and all auto body needs going forward. Thank you BVA for everything you did for me that weekend.”

“I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”
