“I signed up for a unit that was unfortunately unavailable at the time. I was called only a few hours later to be told I would he upgraded to a larger climate controlled unit for free since the website wasn't updated in time for my selected unit. No extra monthly cost to upgrade from a 10x10 to a 15x15, and it was the unit right by the entrance to make moving in/out a breeze.
About a year later I had to move out, but I forgot to cancel my renewal after moving. I didn't have to call, the manager called me to let me know that she meant to cancel it for me and forgot, and would be giving me a full refund for the charge.
Everything that could have gone right here, did. Zero complaints, great service, quick to help and extremely proactive in the help they give.”

“The manager Leena was super helpful and very professional. She took the time to ask what size we needed and went over what sizes she had and was able to get us in one that was very spacious and fit all our stuff in. Super sweet and very friendly. She also explained what promotions she had going on and was able to save us some money. Very clean units and the customer service was excellent. Will rent again and let all my buddies know where to go when they need things stored.”

“I was one of their first tenants at their S Court facility in Marion and rented on of the large climate controlled units. I was there till this week after several years. They rate and deserve the 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ I gave them. It's just an excellent storage facility and my long term tenancy was excellent.”
“Despite what's going on in the world ( CO19 ), the people here are very caring. Due to one of their own getting the virus to my understanding, they closed the main office but have a sign on the stating the you due to the virus. I writing this because it shows that they not only care about the work force they have but us as customers.”
“Went with my grandma. They were very nice to us and everything was extremely professional. Clean. They have four cats, and a comfortable bathroom. They have locks right by the desk which you can purchase for $10 on the spot. When we were there, they had a special going where we pay the first month and get two free. They'll give you a tag for your key and let you use their pens to write the number, or write anything you need to. This place is a worthwhile investment, and I feel secure about my grandma's things being kept at one of their units.”
“I haven’t ever had any issues here. My unit was clean and ready the day I got it. I have only ONCE been late and they were super nice about it. I was worried they’d sell my things but they are real people and understand. I checked a LOT of prices and they have the most reasonable pricing. They also have a fence around the storage buildings and it helps make me feel like my things are secure. I recommend them to ANYONE who asks or mentions storage places!”
“They are friendly and helpful finding what is needed for the customers. Delivery went great and smoothly, driver was friendly. My only issue is that if you move they do not offer a free shed move to a new location up to so many miles.”
“I rent a storage locker at this facility. I just drove 12+ miles to beat the 5:00 pm. closing time on Friday to pay my rent because tomorrow is the 1st of the month (06/01/24) & rent is due. I Arrived at 4:40 pm. The building is locked up & no one is here. Why ???
