Was great they able to get us in the same day and walk us through the processing steps from beginning to end and whatever my insurance didn’t cover they were able to provide me with financing and got approved right there.

Due to the nature and the errors made during the closure of the Lockport location the entire transition has been an unacceptable experience. Dr. Jackson was very empathetic and made efforts to make things seem better, but I’m familiar with administrative tactics.

Ellie was great, very attentive and cares for the patientl, listened to my issues I was having with a troublesome temp crown. She didn't mind spending the time to make it right and make it last until my permanent crown came in. Will recommend and be back
