Hi - I called to schedule a root canal at the Aspen Dental in Joliet location.The gal said she would call me back in an hour to schedule it, she never did.I also left a vm message, no has yet to call me back , it’s been 4 days now.Customer service means everything to me and I’m sure for everyone.I wouldn’t recommend this location because I’m not sure that the folks at that location cares.

I went to Aspen because one of my crowns came off. Everybody was very nice, but there was a lot of waiting involved which didn’t help in the process. They explained every process of the visit which was fine if it was my first time going to a dentist. After the initial sit down with the hygienist and the dentist, they asked me to wait in a room so that they could explain the next step in the visit. This ended up being a 30 min wait until I spoke to somebody how much longer I had to wait. Then they explained that in order to proceed, I would have to have a deep cleaning before proceeding with crown repair. I agreed and scheduled my appointments, they offered to continue the same day but I had to wait another 2 hours. After I got home, I decided to call them and cancel the deep cleaning after reading the reviews online. I should have checked them before going to Aspen. Most of the reviews were just like mine. They told me that they could not proceed with the crown repair unless I had the deep cleaning which by the way they required a 60% payment up front. I told him to cancel by payment and the rest of the procedures. Definitely will be reporting this business to my dental insurance. Be well aware before finding a new place.

I felt so welcomed when I came in. The people at Aspen were all friendly from the receptionist, xray tech, doctor Jackie, and Kyle office manager wonderful experience

I was supposed to be put under and due to a medical condition they couldn't put me under. They were able to accommodate the procedure with local anesthesia and proceed with my wisdom tooth extraction. Although nerve racking it was a success and I feel much better!

Chose to go to Aspen since my regular dentist of 20 years retired. Very thorough in explaining what they do. Did initial screening of my teeth and gave information regarding next steps.
