“After getting several estimates I had an uneasy feeling of being taken advantage of until my wife brought our car to Ryan. From the start he was very thorough with his inspection and estimate, explained in detail damages seen and not visible and came back with an excellent quote that beat others by thousands of dollars. His attention and passion to body panel alignment and color matching caught my attention and we chose him to fix our Mercedes. They made quick work of the job and communicated well throughout the process. There is always someone in person that answered our calls and often times Ryan the owner would be the one giving me updates. The finished product looks great! Color matching caught is perfect, body panel alignment looks great and the few extras he did to customize our car came out amazing. I highly recommend Ryan’s Collision Service. Thanks to their team for taking pride in your work. James”

“After hitting a deer, my car had quite a bit of damage. Pete handled the repair, dealt with insurance delays, and kept communication open and clear. My car looks amazing and was very happy with the entire process at Rendel’s. The office staff were very friendly and helpful with the rental car process as well. Highly recommend Rendel’s for any repairs!”

“We highly recommend Nano Auto Interior Restoration! They repaired a bad stain in our Lincoln Aviator seat and the color matched perfectly and you cannot see where the stain was. Sam was very polite, prompt and a very good communicator.”

“They have an option to pay for someone to vacuum and dry the car which is very handy. A lot of places have stopped doing this, and it’s a great service to offer. Everyone who I encountered at this location was very nice to speak with and did a great job. They were very detailed. I will try and come back regularly.”

“I’ve always had a great experience visiting this location. I’ve been a member of the unlimited wash plan since they started the program. I have unlimited interior and the exterior for both of my vehicles. Today, Guillermo took the time to wipe and clean my exterior after getting the interior cleaned up. His attention to detail was appreciated.”

“I was at Chicagoland Speedway on July 4th and I am so glad they were on call. The storms on 7/3 had left the field soggy. By the time the storms came on Saturday the general parking area became an off road park. There were deep ruts everywhere and standing water. Our 2013 F150 2x4 didn’t stand a chance. We saw Rendel’s on site pulling so many cars and trucks from the fields. Their team never stopped working. They used a wrecker to pull the truck out of the parking lot with care. We are so thankful they were there, had the right equipment, and a great team to save the day.”
