I still have to get some cosmetic stuff done down the line for some coin. But Greg and his staff treated me with care and I can’t say enough good things about the help they provided me.

“In November of 2025 my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 was struck from the rear. Damage was done to the six-point tailgate, the bumper, trailer hitch, frame, both rear quarter panels, electrical connections, and the mount that connects the driver seat to the floor. My insurance co. gave me a choice of three places to take my vehicle in a fifty mile radius. My insurance agent advised me that Rendel's on Republic Ave in Joliet was on the list because of their integrity. I was familiar them with previous work related experiences. It took a while to get my truck back. That's because they don't by cheap aftermarket parts and they don't rush the job to get the vehicle out the door. I waited a while to write this because I wanted to thoroughly check everything out. The electrical components all work correctly. The mechanical components all work correctly and line up perfectly ( like when the truck was new ). Parts of the frame had to be cut off and replaced. You can't even tell where the new welds are. The truck tracks straight down the road. When you shine a bright flashlight on the replaced and repainted areas, you do not see two different paint jobs. The truck looks like it came off the showroom floor. My wife's BMW body shop couldn't do that a few years ago. I cannot say enough about honesty and integrity in the way they treat people and get the work done correctly.”

His attention and passion to body panel alignment and color matching caught my attention and we chose him to fix our Mercedes. “Took our 2003 Saturn to AD after finding a leak on our garage floor. Could tell it was most likely antifreeze but didn't actually tell them. Took it in right away. They called saying it was a radiator hose. They replaced hose and fluid. Shows they are honest not doing repairs that are not needed.”

“This is the best, friendliest, and most reasonable shop I've ever been to! My truck broke an upper ball joint while I was going down 80 and caused major damage. The tow truck company i called actually lined me up with them. I had to have my truck that evening for work and they said no problem. The truck was dropped off around 10 am, and I picked it back up by 4 pm! Tyler, Mike, and the rest of the crew are amazing! Very friendly and accommodating.
