The level of professionalism in which every single staff person demonstrated is only exceeded by their compassion.I was connected to this location by way of insurance. And from my first phone call to them I was so very impressed. Because I am very service oriented one of the first things I take note of is the customer experience. And let me just say Dylan was truly one of the sweetest. And his willingness to go above and beyond to help me is definitely worth mentioning.Jay, Rio, Ken, Dennis and Dipak I want to say thank you for making me feel like I was the most important customer. This is something every customer should experience and it is appreciated.I don’t want to downplay the quality and condition of the vehicle I rented. Although the insurance company wanted to play games and not pay for the equivalent (SUV) that I was driving prior to the accident Rio and the rest of the staff worked with me and not put me in a small compact car.My car was clean, updated and had all the bells and whistles I needed to do what I needed to do until I was reunited with my own vehicle.I recommend this location to anyone looking to rent and have the ultimate customer experience.”

“I made a reservation for a one way rental. I had to change my pu date at the last minute. WHEN I arrived my reservation was no5 in the system. Cory was great. He helped me with my reservation and got me a car asap. He was extremely kind and helpful. I also wasn't feeling well and didn't have much energy. I told him this.
