The check in and check outs are pretty much seamless if the line isn’t long. David ( I may be getting his name wrong) and James are great employees who are effective at getting customers in and out and on the road. This location had proven responsive to customer feedback and it shows in their perpetual improvement. My last booking had some complications with the quality of the car and they resolved it in a timely and efficient manner.
