The facility itself is very clean and Mark was always helpful and very responsive. My concern is the extreme rate increase after the promotional rate expires (3 months). The monthly rate increased by $51 dollars which is ridiculous to me. Although Mark was able to work with Corporate to lessen it to a $34 increase I decided to close out my unit. It feels like a switch and bait situation and although I had only planned on using the unit for a short term unfortunately it was shorter than expected due to the steep increase.

First off I called this morning at 9:29am with A few questions about my storage unit . Person who answered the phone had good customer service and did not seem annoyed or bothered to help me out . It’s good when businesses have employees who actually seem like they care and can help someone out . Cool storage place me and my dad put our things away in it and it’s good size , good location . I recommend this spot to anyone
