Mark at the Joliet Mall Loop location was AMAZING to work with! He helped us find just the right size units to meet our needs and saved us a ton of money. He went above and beyond to help us, even staying past closing. If you’re looking for storage solutions, just see Mark. He took the guess work out and made everything very easy. I closed out my unit today, and I have to say my experience here was top notch. Everything was taken care of, the property is clean, and Roadie Ric is one of the friendliest, funniest, and most client focused people I've ever met. He made me sad I was leaving and he is a great staff member.
