The dealership completely sucks if you sell a vehicle why do you not Honor the seven point inspection or the hundred point inspection. I bought a 2019 truck from the Joliet dealership off of Jefferson Street would never ever ever buy a car from them again. The problem that I had with the dealership, the sales manager, the auto manager on the Macanic side never returned my call. I went to Darcy‘s office Essington Road and was taken care of. I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again.

If I could give them no stars I would. I made an appt for 1030 am just to LOOK at my car and see if anything was wrong with the ac. First I walked in and no one greeted me for at almost 10 min, and there were a bunch of people standing around talking in the office which they could clearly see me, no one even said we will be with you shortly, nothing. Once I was checked in I was told it would take a couple of hours and almost $400, OK fine no problem I had a ride. Fast forward to 3pm 4.5 hours later...I had to call them, no one was calling me to follow up.. not a word. Finally after having to call back twice because no one could tell me anything about my car except the guy who checked me in I was told that their machine broke down, another one was on the way but the guys were leaving for the day, and said my car would be ready the next day, as if it was just fine they kept my car overnight! Very unprofessional that no one called me 1st and foremost but then to just assume I did not need my car mind you it was running, just some issues with the AC.. Lucky I had a ride the next day. The next day at 1030am I got a call from the guy that checked me in saying they had my car and were hooking it up now (at 1030am) and should know something within an hour or two. Ok fast forward to 1pm 2.5 hrs later I called to ask about my car again the person answering the phone could only tell me the man helping me was busy, I left a message for him to call me back.. nothing for half hour, I called back again, this time the man was on lunch, half hour later called back again, he was on the phone and could not help me, waited half hour called again this time I was told he left for the day! No manager ever spoke to me despite me asking to speak to one! I was furious, so I told them I am coming to get my car. I showed up told the woman what was going on (she was at the desk literally right outside the managers office) got a blank expression and she just said let me see where your car is, no sorry nothing, no one from the office stepped up to help deal with this unprofessional situation even though they could hear my complaints. She came back about 10 minutes later and said they had my car now. SO I had to wait another 15 min before ever getting any kind of update, they brought my car around, the lady gave me my keys and I was never told anything about what may be wrong with my car's AC! They had my car over 24hrs and nothing. It was the most unprofessional behavior as well as the absolute worse customer service. They acted like they were doing me a favor! The most inconvenient, disrespected customer service I have ever experienced. I rarely leave reviews but this was a must. Shame on you Hawk dealership I will never bring any business your way again and will tell everyone about your horrible customer service practices.

I thought the process was honest and fair (how often can you say that about a car dealer?). I believe the price was fair and the salesperson, manager and finance people were friendly. I did not feel pressured at all. I would buy from Hawk again!

I love my Cadillac, but sometimes they don't reward loyalty. They want to charge for everything. And it's expensive. I wish they check your history with them and give you some discount. But no. they want to get and get and get.

They lie . Pure and simple, don't believe them when they tell you they have the vehicle. Drove over an hour and the suv was sold a week before. The lady that answered the phone pretended to look at her inventory and said they had it in inventory, stay away.

Terrible. I wish I was able to give no stars I bought a SUV from them the second day The second day I had the car I started hearing loud squeaky sounds in the and my tire sensor went off which later I found out that I need four sensors put in after the second day I called them and told them what was going on and they said that my warranty hasn't kicked in called back in a couple of days so I called back a week later and nobody answered so I had to wait until my day off to come in because I couldn't get no answer from nobody. Then when I get there they tell me I didn't have a warranty and they're not able to fix my car and then on top of that they wanted to charge me $1, 200 to get my car fixed and that's not including labor of fixing a car and the parts. I haven't even had my car 3 weeks and they still wouldn't even fix my car. So I went to my old car repair shop and all's it took was $300 to get my car fixed. Hawks Cadillac in Joliet is bogus and they'll rip you off If they could. My advice to you go somewhere else and get a car. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If you’re looking to service your Cadillac, I highly encourage you to refrain from using Hawk Cadillac in Joliet. My wife had a scheduled appointment for 9am to replace a tire pressure sensor and was waiting over 4 hours. After countless calls to the dealership I ended up having to load up my kids and go pick her up. They had a “no care” attitude for her wait, and simply said they were “under staffed”. The service advisor Fernando told me he had offered my wife a ride home which was a lie. This isn’t the first time I get this type of service at Hawk. I rather make the long commute to Ettellson Cadillac in Hodgkins. I always get great service there.
