Disappointed with service. Had a 1:30 appointment. Have a shudder in the transmission at 55-59 mph. They wanted me to take an apprentice tech for a ride. Where in joliet can I get up to 60 mph? I was told it probably needed an update on the trans control module. Why does that require a ride? Then I was told the lifts were full. Then I was told it didn't need an update, and I could contact GM. I have a 21 xt5 with 23k miles. Your service should contact GM, not me. It's still a problem. I bought the car from Hawk, but am taking it to Naperville Cadillac. I talked to a very knowledgeable person in the service department.

Friendly and curtious staff. Defintily return next time I need service. Though it took longer than usual this time for my oil change, staff keep me updated and once complete, apologized for the delay.

Not only is Hawk for first choice for service, but now my dealer of choice for anytime I am in the market for a new vehicle.Hawk's service department is absolutely the best. They are always very courteous and professional. I've always have had the best experience with their customer service!I recently leased a new XT4 and my sales consultant John Glusak was exceptional. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he led me to the car I had been eye-spying. He got me the car payment I wanted and more! I was extremely happy with every aspect of the process and all the Hawk team members I met with along the way.

One of the best service department. Everyone is super nice and if u have any questions they explain in detail what’s going on with your car and give you options. Ryan Burton and Angus Chu were super helpful and got my car fixed fast. if you have any problems with your car take it to this service department.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Cadillac XT6 through Hawk of Joliet. Todd did an excellent job helping us through what is now a lengthy process to reserve, order and finally purchase a new car. Great dealer to take you vehicle to, they are honest and they know what they are doing. Great customer service Robert does a great job listing to the customers issues and gets back to them with updates on the process of your vehicle. Been to other dealer where I felt taking advantage of and was over priced in work which made me try Hawk Cadillac and I am a new happy customer since I did the switch.

Top rate service from a reputable Cadillac dealership and service center. Quality service department can service your every need for your car. Nice waiting area. Polite, courteous and attentive sales people make your experience a good one if interestedin purchasinga new car. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking.

My salesperson, Mindy, did an excellent job finding the right 2022 XT6 that would fit our needs and price range. She was thorough and thoughful. Our finance and insurance closing person, Mr. Shore, also did an excellent job explaining our financing options and was accurate and very speedy in finalizing the purchase of our brand new 2022 XT6. Fast repair. Seems complete. My car came back dirty on the outside and grease smeared on the steering wheel and door. At almost $800, I expected better.
