Wow! Unbelievable. Downtown Joliet Ottawa Street. This branch has no tellers and cannot cash checks. I don't know what the hell is going on with this bank but I am pulling my funds out of here as soon as I find a branch with active tellers

Not a good bank. PNC removed teller service from some of their branches and unfortunately this is one of those branches.
