“The process of getting our passports was a breeze. The wonderful lady was incredibly helpful and a very knowledgeable, jovial person. I also had a package to mail, and the man at the counter went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct postage for the dimensions of the parcel.”
“People always seem to have problems with our post office but not me. They are very careful with all my packages I have to ship, and pretty fast. Not as fast as ups but are much more caring with packages. I will be using usps from now on, because too many of my packages have been broken while using ups. So thank you!”

Tone was calm, he was patient and polite.
I didn’t have a tracking number but he still checked my mails and upon returning I had the number.
Joe checked several times and found out the carrier has my package to be delivered.
