“People always seem to have problems with our post office but not me. They are very careful with all my packages I have to ship, and pretty fast. Not as fast as ups but are much more caring with packages. I will be using usps from now on, because too many of my packages have been broken while using ups. So thank you!”

“NEVER had a problem with the 127th annex, period! “We had an issue where we hadn’t received our daily mail for a while. I submitted a request using their contact form as it wasn’t overly urgent, just something we needed to address. I received a call from Sue at the post office probably within the hour (I was expecting 1-3 business days for the response). They quickly found the error, owned it and apologized, and resolved it the same day! Mistakes happen, I was blown away by the response time and resolution. Thank you Plainfield USPS for all the work you do that is often unrecognized!”
“I have an Etsy shop so all I have to do is hand the packages to the person. I make sure he/she scans the packages and I ask for a receipt. All my orders have made is safely to their destination. I haven’t had any problems.”
