“I had a prepaid label for a thicker envelope but the contents got bigger and could not fit in that. Went to the office to get help. Was expecting I had to pay for another label for the box but the lady was so helpful and accommodating that she understood my problem, helped me pack my content with proper support on either side(given the criticality of the content) and then put everything inside the thicker box with the same prepaid label.
