Pick-up orders are quick and easy. Very nice employees anytime I picked up my orders.
Bulk prices are reasonable and a decent variety of products.
I'm happy with Sam's Club.

I was disappointed with my recent visit due to the attitude of some employees. Although I understand the store had closed, I was already in the store shopping before closing hours. When I explained that I just needed one more item, I was dismissively waved off and asked to leave. The employee then used a walkie-talkie to describe my appearance, and another employee came to inform me again that the store was closed.
Given that the store offers a scan-and-go option, there was no need for me to stop at the register. This encounter left me with a negative impression.

Same as every other Sam’s Club, except the food court line is shockingly slow!!! Four times I wait in line with 4-7 people in front of me and by the time it’s my turn, 30-40 minutes passed! Jesus! Costco’s food court line’s faster than this with 20 people in line!

I think they should have programs for ppl with limit income. 50 to shop is expensive or let everyone try it out for free to see what you can get.

Do you guys know you have to have an membership in order buy items at checkout... Yes you do need a membership in order to shop at sam's.... Like how am I gonna pay for something without it... Is this what we really doing sam??? Wow I wasn't getting no costco membership card cause I already have a sam's and had for 5 yrs & never got asked to see my membership at the door (Which I have) I had it but the 2 white couple b4 me didn't get asked & I kept walking & nor did the white man b4 me & the white lady with her kid in bk of me after smh. I came in for 1 thing and never ever since been going until this so called DEI thing took place. I know I won't shop here again then even though I try to disregard all that fake racist crap or talk
