I had 2 checks come up missing from the same mail box in Rockdale, they were washed and reriten, cashed at my bank, there are a lot of thieves working at these places

No wonder the reviews are crap nobody anwsers the phone and they cant do their job.

The staff is extremely disrespectful. Didn't let me ask any questions cut me off. Didn't explain what happened to my missing package at all. And didn't direct to where to find my package. The lady was clear mad that she had to work.
