The staff is extremely disrespectful. Didn't let me ask any questions cut me off. Didn't explain what happened to my missing package at all. And didn't direct to where to find my package. The lady was clear mad that she had to work.

The we do not give a shit attitude in this building is from the front desk employees to the post master! They lost a check I knew was coming via informed delivery and they did not care! One lady laughed and me and told me yeah your route sucks and always will because they don’t have a person to deliver your mail. I wish we could get rid of the USPS

Friendly customer service with no follow-through. Missing mail, getting mail I shouldn't, no call backs when they were promised. But what can we do? We're stuck with this chaos.

Too lazy to pick up the packages 2 days in a row and now too lazy to even put the mail in the right boxes. This woman needs to lose her job. She pushed the packages back to put the package pickup request in the box yesterday and now today just throws 6 houses worth of mail into a broken parcel locker

Going to this post office if worse than going to the DMV!!! The clerks at the desk are so incredibly rude, treat everyone as if they are inconvenience.

Takes at least 4 days for the postmaster to fix the kiosks. I know you get an email when the kiosk stops making you money. Why can’t you keep them up? Do your job! Hope you didn’t respond to the 5 things Elon email cause you suck! Told the front desk personnel 2 days ago the kiosk on the right was down.

They hire crimals to help them get on there feet but these crimals are tampering with the mail opening checks and causing a lot of fraud this has been happening for 3 months they said it was just temporary help for the holidays 😔 but they are still they are still allowing them to commit federal offenses.no one is trying to figure out whose doing it.They better get it together before a lawsuit comes up.

I can’t believe how late my mail gets drop at my house at 9:00 pm!!!!!every single day and they’ve expected me to be up waiting for them every time I have certified mail to sign up the paperwork and when I try to go the my local post office to pick up my certified letter it’s not there what a service!!!! ………they’re getting worse and worse.

The staff is inefficient and super rude when you ask to scan packages in bulk for shipping your packages. They behave like they are not getting paid for their job. Anyways very disappointed. Thanks.

Lazy workers that continuously fail to deliver packages, they refuse to get out of there vehicles to make package deliveries, shame on you postal workers and management.

We have been waiting for a package and called the place we ordered from and they stated that the mail carrier said we weren’t home for delivery. This package does not require a signature, the carrier just refuses to get out of the car and drop it off to our porch.
