Why can we not leave zero stars? Came to this little canker sore of a storefront tdy to exchange my failed xpod for a new one - because that's what the 800# customer support told me to do - and, to no one's surprise, they told me they, "can't do that here". No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience", no "let me see what I can do". They just said no and then stared at me. Comcast is an evil monopoly that must be stopped.

Unorganized. Unnecessary wait times. Improper use of staff.I went into the store knowing what i wanted to purchase. (2 pods) The greeter greeted us and asked what we wanted. She went and got the item, then dropped it off at another desk. Where the rep was currently busy with 1 customer. The greeter then stood there, doing nothing with another greeter. 2 additional reps, who must not have been tasked for accessories, also stood and did nothing.. All in all four people were standing around doing nothing while two people were helping customers. Apparently they have assigned roles and can't help each other. We waited 35 -40 minutes for a simple purchase while watching 4 workers just stand there watching WWE on a big screen.

Comcast Mobil is run by the most disingenuous group I have ever dealt with. I added global pass for a trip to Copenhagen in October 2023. Kept getting texts that I was accumulating roaming charges. Made multiple calls to them while traveling. Each time they assured me I was on the global pass and do not worry. Joke is on me. I get the November statement and they whacked me for $1400 in roaming charges. After a month of fighting them on this a supervisor gets on the line and tells me my calls probably bounced off a tower in Sweden and Sweden isn't covered. It's 44km to the nearest town in Sweden and it requires crossing the ocean. This company is a scam!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Xfinity store. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their wide product range. Most impressive was the team's dedication to excellent customer service, helping me make an informed decision without any pressure. Highly recommend this store for their professional service and friendly atmosphere.

I took a promotional deal of two lines for $30 a line. At the time the salesman Mike gave me a Galaxy A54 5G phone and said that he is out of stock and needs to ship the second one. Then I got Moto g shipped to me while I was expecting another Galaxy A54 5G. I assumed it a mistake and went to get my Galaxy A54 5G in exchange of the Moto g. I went to the branch three times then finally he came up that I need to port a line to get Galaxy A54 5G. But at the time of purchase, he never mentioned this porting clause. He declined to resolve the issue and reduced me to one line at a higher price. As a result I lost valuable time and money.

0 stars should be an option for this location ti be honest. Worst and i do mean WORST costumer service from there employee checking everyone in. Can't speak for the actual representatives because i walked out after being treated so poorly at the door

When u 1st walk in ur greeted with 2 people for customer service, the man that I had, had a VERY POOR ATTITUDE, from the get go wouldn't greet u, looked at u like I'm bothering him, when I told him I was returning the cable box and 2 remote controls, I ask for a print out of each item, what he said was, "all we care about is the two boxes"They don't itemized the remotes.I told him I wanted something to prove I return everything bcz I didn't want to be charge for it.His response was it not going to happen.

In the past 2 years they have doubled my bill twice, changed the name on my account 6 times to my uncles without either of our permission, he has never lived at my location. He lives 70 miles from me. He is also canceling his service. When I call or use the app to cancel my service they disconnect from me. When I go to the store the tell me to call the customer service number. I am filling a complaint with BBB.

I just moved into a house in Newark, my friend and I are trying to get xfinity installed, their website is trash and the dealership wants more money for the same services the website offers so you are basically better off looking into fiber optic or hughesnet or anything else that will actually accept your money and not play games all the time.

For these there should be a 0/5Note: every high review is a bot just scroll a little and you'll see the difference kinda weird how the complaints make sense where the five stars sound like a AI generated message!!I was told my money was stolen by Hy-Vee and called a b word and had this person not put my receipt number in, didn't try understanding me, insulted me as a female, and not to mention lied the entire time trying to get me to text him the receipt number. Hung up on this moron the next agent turned .my stuff on and processed my payment. Be careful the agents are trying to steal. Comcast Xfinity is the worst everi recommend going with out before using this service.Thieves and liar's no one in charge
