I feel Perry didn't try to bs me and I believe that others could learn from this man. Very professional and kept me informed of the major problems that I had with my apu unit, actually showed the reason. Perry was very thorough and I recommend Gatway to any one. Wish they had people like Perry in every establishment like this.I hope gateway realizes that they have a 1 of a kind, and won't sugar coat and take off of any issue and will keep you in the loop, Perry is the man.
