“Had to get a tire patched and Kankakee Auto Plex took great care of me. Got me in and out quick, price was good, and the whole process was easy. Definitely appreciate good local service. Would recommend!”
“McPhail's is a smaller shop but I buy all my tires and get my oil changes there because they have good prices and the service is top notch. I don't talk to the owner much because he's always busy under the hood of a car so I talk to the son Allen most of time and Allen always goes out of his way to make sure my tires and oil are in good shape! In my opinion McPhail's Garage is the best shop with the best deals for tires and oil in Kankakee!!!!”
“Visited there yesterday morning, went in for exhaust leak. They found a broken pipe and were able to repair it. Was there a total fifteen minutes. They were great , good price ,nice people . I would highly recommend them.”

“i had scheduled a tire install and alignment. They informed me that rather than doing the alignment and the wheels going back out of alignment because of worn parts, they did not do it so I would save money. The tires were perfect and the staff friendly and honest.”
“This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in a pinch and needed a tire quick. I’m new to town and so I had no clue where to go. I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. These guys are awesome!!!”
“Excellent service for Big Rig. I bought a 280/80/22.5 tire with more than half its tread life left for $230 and a tire change, all for $330.00. Excellent price and extremely fast service. 100% recommended.”
“Nice to find an old school kind of tire 'store' Had a flat fixed and we were in and out quickly and didn't pay too much! Owner is very friendly and likes repeat customers.”

“Always very good service. They noticed a transmission leak during an oil change, told me to call my dealership to have it covered under my warranty. I’m so happy for their honest service. My oil changes are always so fast. They take the time to explain things too. I’ll never go anywhere else. Been loyal for a few years now!Service: Oil change”
“Aseel, service advisor extraordinaire, worked with Zsolt and I on a claim and she was amazing. Quick, articulate and absolutely stellar! Claim went smoothly, all the way through the payment portion. Such a great advisor to match such a great repair shop. Thank you Joe's Automotive and thank you Aseel for being so great!”
“Every year I stop in to get at least one used tire & this shop never disappoints me. 55$ mounted, friendly & awesome staff. Always options & quick to get the tire on. I'll always return .”

“Amazing tire shop. My tire busted on the highway and I had to get a replacement, and this was the only shop nearby that had a tire changing service. They waited for me when I arrived 1 minute before closing and changed my tire very quickly for a great price. I’m super thankful!!”

“I got in my car today to realize I had low tire pressure in 2 tires and could see a nail in each of the tires. Of course most places are closed on Sundays but luckily found this one! Speedy service and really helpful!”
