“I needed an oil change but the day I went in we were the very last customers. Austin and the team there got my car in, they were so kind, and professional.They had also did some other diagnostics and filled up fluids as they saw it needed.
They made a note about my tires that they noticed and I told them where I had just had them rotated at along with putting a patch/plug in one of the tires.
He said one of the other mechanics said whoever did the patching and I don’t mind saying it was Walmart didn’t put air in it or any of the other tires they rotated.
Austin there a reliable said please keep an eye on it, and bring it back in if I needed them to take a look.
The other thing I really felt that they went above and beyond was my 23 year old grandson was telling them he wished he could learn how to change oil and they took the time even though they were closing to talk mechanics with him. I highly recommend them to anybody.”
“First off I would just say if you need anything done to your bike, Ray is your guy. Not only is he knowledgeable of what he is doing but he also tells or teaches you while he is doing it. Gives you the grandpa or dad teaching experience without the hold the flashlight. Best guy to get tires put on by without the extra charge for bringing you own.”

“McPhail's is a smaller shop but I buy all my tires and get my oil changes there because they have good prices and the service is top notch. I don't talk to the owner much because he's always busy under the hood of a car so I talk to the son Allen most of time and Allen always goes out of his way to make sure my tires and oil are in good shape! In my opinion McPhail's Garage is the best shop with the best deals for tires and oil in Kankakee!!!!”

“This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in a pinch and needed a tire quick. I’m new to town and so I had no clue where to go. I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. For my maintenance work he's Dynamite he's the best around I don't care where I live what city what state I would have my vehicle towed to him he's the most honest person I have ever met to work on anything he would not cheat anyone he's very upfront and honest I have ever heard him talk to you that has come in for anything he comes right out and he tells you up front and I could not get over listening to him talk to other individuals I needed something and he just told him straight out if they should have them get done or no how many people are there in this world like that not many the average person out there today just wants to rip you off not him he's very honest and I thank God how I wish I would have listened and went to him before I went to the other person who ripped me off over 4500 beforehand.”

I had a broken leaf spring on my 18 wheeler and couldn’t find one anywhere near me. I just happened upon this shop and blessed that I did. Once the gentleman figured out which one I actually needed ( which was not the one listed for my truck ) , he informed me that he had it in stock and pulled me right in. 2 hrs later Kyuss ( the tech ) had me fixed up and ready to roll again. I settled the bill ( under estimate by the way 😃 ) and was back on the road! Had a great time visiting with the ladies at the counter Lexi and Charell. Overall a VERY enjoyable experience from a potentially bad situation! Will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs suspension work done that’s in the area!!!!”
