For my maintenance work he's Dynamite he's the best around I don't care where I live what city what state I would have my vehicle towed to him he's the most honest person I have ever met to work on anything he would not cheat anyone he's very upfront and honest I have ever heard him talk to you that has come in for anything he comes right out and he tells you up front and I could not get over listening to him talk to other individuals I needed something and he just told him straight out if they should have them get done or no how many people are there in this world like that not many the average person out there today just wants to rip you off not him he's very honest and I thank God how I wish I would have listened and went to him before I went to the other person who ripped me off over 4500 beforehand.”
“First off I would just say if you need anything done to your bike, Ray is your guy. Not only is he knowledgeable of what he is doing but he also tells or teaches you while he is doing it. Gives you the grandpa or dad teaching experience without the hold the flashlight. Best guy to get tires put on by without the extra charge for bringing you own.”

“I took my box truck in because it was dog tracking, I made a appointment first when i spoke with the attendant/receptionist she quoted me a price to fix the problem when I arrived i was met with great attitudes and perfect professionalism! It seem like everyone is came in contact including the technician was kind and courteous and the price that I was quoted was spot on and affordable! “This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in a pinch and needed a tire quick. I’m new to town and so I had no clue where to go. I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. These guys are awesome!!!”

“McPhail's is a smaller shop but I buy all my tires and get my oil changes there because they have good prices and the service is top notch. I don't talk to the owner much because he's always busy under the hood of a car so I talk to the son Allen most of time and Allen always goes out of his way to make sure my tires and oil are in good shape! In my opinion McPhail's Garage is the best shop with the best deals for tires and oil in Kankakee!!!!”
