“When I told my friends I was considering buying a used car from out of state, and having it shipped down to me - they thought I had lost my mind. One call to Steve Emme at Steve's Key City Motors almost immediately put my mind at ease. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered each and every question I had. Over the course of two weeks, Steve test drove the vehicle in question and he told me it needed rear struts as there was some clunking from the back. - then he replaced the struts on his dime!...not only that,..but when I was ready to pull the trigger,..he called me and we both went over each and every photo of the car in detail, every little scratch or minor dent, or anything that wasn't in the photos- he made sure I knew about. I felt absolute trust in this man, and on the day I paid my down payment and set the rest up for financing- we shared a 3 way call with the loan officer to make sure everything was undesrtood and signed. The car arrived via the shipper, and is exactly as described. Steve FedExed me the title and temporary tags - and I now have a car that I'm very happy to have. Oh!,..and it was also about 2K less than every other dealer for the same car with the same amount of miles. All in all,..it was a pleasure doing business with this company, and my experience was nothing but stellar. Highly Recommended!”
