“I want to start by saying this review is for the local Luna Flooring Gallery brick-and-mortar store, not the “shop-at-home” service you see on TV. I almost didn’t stop in after reading some mixed reviews online, but I’m so glad I did — the in-store experience is completely different and genuinely outstanding.
The staff here are family-owned and operated, and it shows in every part of the process. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me compare materials, and gave me honest advice without any pressure. The installers were professional, on time, and the finished floors look beautiful.
