“I would like to say a special thank you to store manager Mike at this location. Mike’s store was 1 of 3 stores in the country that had a sold out painting I had been on the search for. It was completely sold out online and on clearance, so I knew my chances of finding it were slim but I decided to head to my local World Market to get a list of stores that had it in their inventory and start calling them. I quickly discovered after calling a few stores that World Market does not typically ship to their customers from the store if the item is not available online (even if the customer offers to pay for shipping), nor do they typically ship store to store. Out of the 3 stores I spoke to that had it, Mike’s store was the ONLY store that didn’t completely deny my request to ship it. Instead, he suggested options for how we could make it work, even though they cannot take credit card payment over the phone for security purposes. He even came up with the solution to ship it to my local store location to spare me the shipping costs AND without making me pay for it over the phone in case there is any damage to it during transit. My painting will be here at my store in Charleston, SC this Thursday, and I look forward to finally going to purchase it. Thank you, Mike, for your excellent customer service and willingness to help me when other store managers wouldn’t. I would highly recommend this World Market to anyone in this area of Illinois!”
“Had them repair a Pedego City Commuter wheel that had been damaged in shipment. They were helpful, courteous and successful in repairing my wheel. Paul was fabulous and extremely easy to deal with. “Hands down, one of the best beer stores I've ever been in! If you love craft beer you should be shopping (and/or drinking) here! The selection is outstanding and you can drink your purchase on-site or take it to go. All cans and bottles are sold as singles so you can mix and match. There's also about 20 rotating taps poured in various sizes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. For someone who prefers buying singles and drinking sample pours this is the shop I've always dreamed of!”

Even if you will test vape directly in front of cashier - first few puffs will be perfect. However, after 10-20 puffs vape become completely burnt. Tested three times and wasted money. Will not make more attempts to buy any vape here. However shop is recommended for other products.”
