“I was shopping at Nordstrom for my mom’s birthday and so I was running around crazy figuring out sizes and what she would like, etc. Susan at the register helped me so much and was so incredibly patient with me even though I had to run back a couple times and exchange sizes. She was so kind and I’m so grateful for her making a quite stressful shopping trip, great. Thank you!”

I was having trouble with excessive packaging of a shoe I was trying on and a compassionate employee helped me out in such a kind way! All my other interactions here have been great as well. Their inventory could be a bit more varied, but you can always order items off their website and have them delivered to the store to try out. I’m so impressed with my latest experience here!”
