Benefit brow bar at this location I will never going to visit. I have paid 29$ for a eyebrow wax to make it look bad. I was going to a different location Benefit. Karalina made it so thin and one of the eyebrows she made it small, removed the starting of the eyebrow looks uneven. I have been trying to grow to make it look arched and thick. I clearly mentioned i don't want thinner eyebrows and only extras needs to be cleaned.
She must be inexperienced or must've done it on purpose. Changed the shape of it, made it rounder. Disappointed

Vee was amazing! She was extremeley helpful, kind and patient! I don't normally wear make up and instead of treating me like I was dumb she was very persistent in helping me find the make up product that suited me the best! When coming here, ask for Vee!

Lena at Benefits brow bar is fantastic. Very friendly, professional. She listens to what her customers needs are and work with them to satisfy them. This is my second time going to her and I already booked my follow up appointment as she is great. Great customer service!

I had a haircut by Whitney R today and I am sooo happy I did. I've never had a haircut in Ulta before, but decided on a whim on a random Monday to get a haircut. I left feeling super pretty, Whitney really listened to what I wanted, while still offering expertise on what reality would look like with my hair type. Good convo, quick service - I'll be back to see her!

Love this ulta. My stylist is amazing. Ryder. After my hair cut I shopped and had Lori check me out up front and I asked her about the rewards. She helped me so much and I saved so much money. They are awesome and always willing to help. Would recommend to everyone

Don't go to this Ulta Brow Bar unless you want to look like a 5yr old drew some blocks on your brows. I usually go to the Vernon Hills ulta for my brows but I thought any Benefit Brow Bar would live up to their name and have great brow 'experts' wow was I wrong. Lina (Karalina) is completely inexperienced and I honestly don't know how she got this job. Please take a look at these pictures and laugh at the absolute terrible brows she gave me. My brows looked better before she touched them. AND the worst part...IT TOOK HER 40 minutes to do this horrible job!

I was charged $21.29 for a failed card transaction and paid cash instead. Despite showing proof, Ulta Beauty Kildeer refused to refund the charge, claiming it’s not their issue. Customer Service kept bouncing me between agents with no resolution. Disappointing and unprofessional experience.
