Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.

“I have never, and will never, purchase a mattress from another manufacturer as long as this team keeps producing the same high quality product that they have been for the past 25+ years I've known them. I recently purchased a new mattress after 11 years with my old one. It was still in great shape, but just was time. Their team worked quickly to get us our mattress in less then a week and I can't say enough good things about it. The build, the quality of the materials used, and the overall look completely transformed not only how we sleep, but the overall look of the room. “I bought a coffee table and TV stand combo after comparing with another shop nearby. The staff explained material differences clearly, which helped me decide. Price was fair. Delivery took 4 days and came in the evening. One corner of the TV stand had a tiny chip, but since it wasn’t very visible, I didn’t bother replacing it. The items still look good in my living room and feel sturdy enough for regular use.”

“I bought a mattress that turned out to be too soft for my back, and even though they have a policy of no returns no exchanges all sales are final they still after 3 months took my mattress back gave me full credit for it and I was able to buy a new mattress that I'm happy with. The Simmons Beautyrest black series 3 firm pillow top is the best bed I've ever slept on. You'll never find a better price on good quality mattresses , they beat everybody . “Being in a totally empty store may be odd at first, but their products, ordering system, and delivery service are absolutely top of the line.Tried a mattress on Monday, ordered it late Monday afternoon, and had my old set removed and the new one professionally set up by Tuesday afternoon.The entire process took just less than 24 hours. The looped video in the store of talking heads explaining how to order feels a little 1984-ish, but the real life installation team was outstanding - neat, friendly, polite and 100% professional. I used to dread mattress shopping as much buying a car, with similarly pushy salesmen hovering over you at every turn, relentlessly hounding you to buy only the top of the line model with all the extra options. None of that here - no pressure, no stress., yet plenty of resources available if you have questions or concerns. All in all, an outstanding shopping experience. Now if they could adapt their system to car sales!”
