“Great service, quick turnaround and super friendly owner. Can’t imagine taking my bike anywhere else! Not one of those shops that tries to rip you off by suggesting upgrades or service you don’t actually need. This place is a hidden gem & very convenient location. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Finally found my local bike shop! Random recommendation from a stranger on Circle Ave when I inquired about his tires. Bill was extremely helpful, talking me out of a wheelset, giving homework to understand what I really need. Will spend my $ here because of this interaction. Bonus was meeting hero TransAm racer Kim. If this is her shop, I'm in!!”

They didn’t have to it wasn't their fault, but they did. That’s real customer service. Thank you, Rich, Chris, Bill and Aaron!”

“I have a 1988 Nishiki mountain bike. It hadn’t been ridden in quite a few years. Carmen tuned up the bike by replacing brakes and dry rotting tires (from 1996!). Carmen suggested a hybrid tire capable of street riding along with gravel road traveling. A true cross-country tire.”

“Had a wonderful experience buying a new bike here to pull my daughters in our Burley trailer. The sales rep was awesome—super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike, while also giving great advice on different terrains I could explore. During checkout, they went above and beyond by doing a quick tune-up and walking me through the bike's features, maintenance tips, and service schedules. They also have a massive selection of gear, from mountain bikes and e-bikes to scooters and skateboards. This is a fantastic shop, and I'll definitely be returning to get my bike serviced here. Check them out!”

“We’ve been to 4 other bike shops today looking for an E Bike for my mom. Met with mediocre customer service from all shops until we found Kozy! Luis was incredible! So nice, not pushy, and so quick to answer questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back to this shop for all future bike needs! We weren’t even looking to actually buy one today but we ended up walking out of the door with one. Shows how far great customer service can go. Thanks again Luis and team in the service department!”

“I've been dealing with this bike shop for over twenty years.Anna and john are the best people ever. They make you feel like you're at home. That's how good the atmosphere is.With this bike shop, if you have any type of repairs that need to be done with your bike, bring it to them immediately.Yes, there is a fee, but it's well worth it.They assemble the bike the way it's supposed to be assembled. I bring my bikes there to get serviced or to get checked every time. I build a bike, I bring it to see. If it'll pass their test. And so far the bikes I have built over the years past their test with flying colors”
