“After being turned away at a couple of other locations for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was emotionally drained. I know every shop has different capabilities, so this isn’t a knock on anyone else. By the time I walked into this Jiffy Lube today, I just needed someone to care enough to help me figure it out.
From the moment I called before inarrived, Bonnie assured me they’d help me. Upon arrival Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Watching them work together was honestly refreshing. Everyone jumped in to help each other without hesitation. There was no ego, no chaos, just a team of people who clearly care about doing great work and taking care of the people who walk through their doors.
What meant the most was that they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t rush me, pressure me into buying things I didn’t need, or make me feel like I was just another customer. They treated me like a person.
They probably have no idea how much they helped me today, but they did. My car isn’t just my car, it’s my livelihood as an Uber driver. If my car isn’t running, I can’t work. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind during a really stressful day.
If you’re looking for a shop that sees you as a person first and a customer second, this is the place. Great mechanics can fix a car. Great people can make a difficult day feel manageable again. Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team did that for me today.

“I had called at first, and Cordero answered, I was asking about pricing for an oil change. He was very kind and super helpful, and very fast at responding. I didn’t have to wait on hold like every other place. I was just across the street so I told him I’ll just stop on in and then we can go From there. Cordero and I Joe were so polite, and very cautious with my vehicle which made me feel I was going to be in good hands. I came in for a pricing and both of them worked together to get me what I needed in a very timely manor. So this well I’ll be back for my oil change. “I want to share my experience with J M Automotive in Schiller Park. I needed a new blower motor for my 2012 (model). It requires lying on your back under the steering wheel and working through a tiny opening—nobody was excited about doing it.
After calling around, I got a mix of high prices and long wait times. When I walked into J M Automotive as a first-time customer—and on a Saturday morning—they immediately gave me a very fair price, told me to leave the car, and said it would be ready in a few hours.
They had no reason to go out of their way for a brand-new walk-in, but they treated me better than I expected. The price was the best I found, and the service was even better. Highly recommend Anthony and his team.”

“Exceptional service at Valvoline! The entire team was professional, attentive, and very helpful from the moment I pulled in. I originally came in for an oil change, and they took great care of my vehicle.
My gas light had come on, and the team went above and beyond to look into it and make sure everything was corrected. That level of attention and customer care really stood out to me.
I was actually just in the neighborhood and live about an hour away, but after the service I received today, I would absolutely make the drive again. When a team treats you with this level of professionalism and excellence, it’s worth it.

“If you’re looking for good & honest shop, look no further.
After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”

“Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!”
