“Lucas Tire & Auto is great! They were open first thing in the morning—unlike other tire shops in the area—and quickly showed me the issue with my rim. They ordered the replacement right away and even gave my tire a temporary fix so I could get through a couple of days safely. Once the new rim arrived, they installed it and everything has been perfect since. I also really appreciate their veterans discount. Hernan keeps you updated throughout the whole process and is very professional. Recommend!”

“I want to share my experience with J M Automotive in Schiller Park. I needed a new blower motor for my 2012 (model). It requires lying on your back under the steering wheel and working through a tiny opening—nobody was excited about doing it.
After calling around, I got a mix of high prices and long wait times. When I walked into J M Automotive as a first-time customer—and on a Saturday morning—they immediately gave me a very fair price, told me to leave the car, and said it would be ready in a few hours.
They had no reason to go out of their way for a brand-new walk-in, but they treated me better than I expected. The price was the best I found, and the service was even better. Highly recommend Anthony and his team.”

(Back story) Before I came here I was previously maybe less than a block away at a place called JUST TIRES. I'm going to blast them on their own review, because they are (JUST TIRED, JUST TERRIBLE (New word alert) JUST TORRIBLE, Terrible and Horrible had a baby) I've been to Just Tired 3 times and every time I went they couldn't get my service until half a day. (EVERY TIME?) This last time I went to get an oil change I waited half a day, and they told me they wouldn't do it, because I a little over the due from their last oil change. (Clowns) I Left in unbelief and just so happen to run into this jiffy lube and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Mr Dennis for restoring my faith.”

After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”
