Ken and his team are very polite and helped my family out when our basement flooded in a timely fashion. The quality of the pad and carpet has transformed our basement to a much nicer space than we had previously. They came on time and I was asked to visit the store to choose the materials. When I visited the store I met the same person (Adolfo) who took the measurements. Adolfo helped us to choose the materials that fit our taste and budget... even he was flexible making adjustments as we kept changing materials. I can't wait till they come and install ...”

“Great carpet options and helpful sales people. Slightly disappointed at installation. We were not forewarned that we would need to cut down all of our doors that no longer shut once carpet was installed. We asked the installer to stop edge before door and he did not understand us. Also he dented the metal edge trying to shut the door over it.”
