“This was my first time at the LaGrange Farmers market. It was also opening day for the season. I gave only 4 stars because there were only a couple of vendors that were actually selling fruits and vegetables. I did however buy from several vendors including a coffee vendor, a bakery vendor and a cheese snack vendor. I also found a booth that was collecting items such as shoes, needles and other items. I will definitely be back to donate my items not only does it help save the environment but it also helps with charity. I will definitely go back throughout the summer to see what new items they have to offer.”
“Nice little Polish store. I love their dumplings although I forgot to take a pic. I get them cold and then I put butter and breadcrumbs on it when I get home. Their potato pancakes are great too although very greasy. I thought the packzis were a bit dry but maybe it's because I was there on a Saturday night.”
“We LOVE Frangella! Their freshly grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano cheese is amazing, we are obsessed! More than that, the service is outstanding. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for high quality, fresh Italian goods!!”
“Wonderful store and great community asset. It's very clean, shelves are well stocked, tasty hot bar with a chef and has a nice selection of freshly prepared food selections. Plus... the atmosphere itself is inviting!
The freezers and shelves are well stocked with great buys, and many traditional grocery store products are offered to families with quantity-priced values.
There is also a variety of superb garden produce that offers all kinds of fresh vegetables, spices & fruit at prices you can't beat at other stores. Any shopper would be pleased with their purchases. It's worth the trip!?”
“Love love love this store!! We don’t have. Trader Joe’s in my small town. Had to check this store out and it is amazing. Highly recommend if you’ve never been. Relatively low prices!!!”
“Great curated selection makes for super enjoyable and efficient grocery shopping. Prices are very reasonable and staff is so friendly and helpful. I always find myself saying how much I love it here as I head back to my car.”
“One of the absolute best butcher shops in the Chicagoland area. Feels like a piece of the past but best selection you'll find. Multiple options, great cuts, & great prices. Portobello mushroom brats are to die for. Highly recommend”
“I came in to try that NY strip steak sandwich that people have been raving about on Google. The verdict is the hype is real. The NY strip steak is very tender and flavorful. It’s like a medium rare burger, it requires very little chewing. It’s the combination of the French roll, the steak, the grilled onions, and Asiago cheese that truly make it just a great sandwich. Even after devouring it, it’s still on my mind and I wouldn’t mind coming back to try other items on the menu. Customer service is very friendly and attentive. You can tell they care about their customers. Parking is easy, you just have to go into that big lot to the right. Prices are very fair for the quality of meat.”
“Thank you Tischler's for donating gift cards to Lincoln Elementary's 2024 Back to School Bash! Your generosity helped make our event so much more fun! The kids and community appreciate all you do!”
“Excellent place for picking up comfort foods & ingredients. The family that run this shop are very personable & accommodating. Great customer service. The halal meat is good quality (no gmo & grass fed). It's a routine grocery store for me. Highly recommend.”

Not firm crisp and with structure to hold up under seasoning oil giardiniera etc Not D’amato’s bread like at JP and Dimatos
Zonk for Jewel type bread”
“Best prepared skirt steak from the deli you will EVER have in your life! Call and ask for (# of pounds) of Arrachera ya preparada and you will never over pay for a steak again! ♥”
“I absolutely adore this little DIAMOND in the rough of a store. If you can imagine an old school confectionery mixed with a Baker's shop also mixed with a coffee and honey processing shop in addition to being able to buy invoke. As long as you call ahead this place is a win no matter what.”

“I was looking for a specific flavor of Good Belly probiotics, and the website showed that Kramer sold it. When I called they didn’t have any in stock. However, they special ordered me a whole case! I appreciate them looking out for me and doing that favor of getting the product in. Thank you for hooking a sista up!”
“Look for the cow on the North side of North on the far west side! This bovine marks Serreli's a fantastic Italian Grocery where you find the finest Artichokes, Olives and Anchovies need for a proper Antipasti. A trip to Serelli's would be incomplete with out a sandwich from the deli. The Italian beef has a reputation as one of the best in the city and I agree. Setting Serelli's apart, is a creation known as the Italian Pork sandwich. Shaved pork instead of beef. Pork au jus. The Gardineria is nearly ground to a paste so flavor and heat is distributed evenly across the sandwich.”
“I've driven past this market a bunch of times and decided to pop in on a whim to see what it's all about. I was very pleasantly surprised - not only do they have an abundance of produce, they had a sizable selection of specialty produce. In addition to produce, they had meat, a deli counter, a cheese section, and the biggest array of ethnic foods that I've seen at a non specialty grocery store. I will definitely be keeping this market top of mind for future recipes and gatherings.”
“I absolutely love this place. In a world where everything is poison and toxic... its nice to know I'm eating meat that is sourced from farmers and healthy! I come here once every two months and stock up on some meat and bones. Highly recommend you at least check this place out!”
“Ohhh man where do I begin, first they do have one of the greatest foods in this area, but u got to play nice that's a neighborhood respectful restaurant do not bring your shenanigans or you'll be sorry”
“Love the store. Independent place with a great selection of products.
The panhandling out front of the store has to be dealt with. Enough is enough. It isn't helping anyone.”
“Always great prices, the fruit & vegetables are better quality then other stores.
I spent $58 on 5 bags of fruit & vegs. Other stores it would have been easily $100.
The chicken is tender & all fresh, always a good price.”

“Reasonable prices, great product! I have raised my family on Aldi and have shopped Aldi for over 45 years! I would recommend it. Aldi has organic choices with no antibiotic meats. The produce is good. The bargan aisles have very cool finds. Stay out if those aisles if you are on a budget.”

“Miguel, Josh, and Beth are absolutely wonderful people. People make a shopping experience- not products. I travel from Park Ridge to this store in my old neighborhood of Belmont - Cragin for numerous reasons. Store and bathroom are immaculate! Products are well organized and displayed. However, it is the staff that makes the experience and a wonderful one at that. As far as security goes.. these are outside contractors and have no relationship to the people working there.Although there are a few that need some professional training , most are quite pleasant. The area has undergone some serious economic issues and closing time is promptly at 8. Be aware and respectful. Worth the trip!”
“Boiiii ts place called “Adrian’s foods” but I saw avocados in the pictures so that meant they must sell mangooeeeees with a pinch of mustaaaard and together they are chaotic effoc and the cashier was 6’7 so I said “boi you 6’7 at 41 years old???” And he said “I’m just a behbe” and when I walked out I saw a barber shop called “Adrian’s barbershop” and I got it for a quarter 6-7/10 I would recommend going to ts food market because it’s tuff and niche”

“The parking is easy to get in and out. The carts are in good shape. The store is clean and layed out nicely. They have both cashiers and self check out which is nice to pick. The self check out captures good. I usually self check out even with lots of items. I organize my bags open on the side, which once scanned I place it directly in the bag. Then when I pay, I'm already bagged and just go.”

“This is my favourite store. They carry a lot of healthy options, great snacks for kids, and plenty of pastas without additives.
Their fresh cut flowers are beautiful, the eggs are affordable, the sour cream is amazing, and the organic milk is some of the best priced around. Simply the best.”
