Wes and Laura are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and overall wellness, but above all I would recommend doing the DNA testing. I did one of the epigenomic DNA testing and I found it very helpful. I was able to get targeted supplements to help with my personal DNA variations. A lot of people take supplements without knowing what they really need. I took the test and got my results back in a few weeks. Wes sat down with me and explained the test results. I got a digital copy of my DNA test results and also got a personalized targeted supplemental package which helped with anxiety, stress, weight loss and overall energy levels.
