“Thank You to Austin for coordinating the repairs on my BMW 2024 M3! I had a rock crack my windshield and skip across my hood, luckily the PPF did its job and saved my paint! Austin kept in contact with me updating me on repairs and gave me the great news that my hood suffered no damage except for the film needing replacement ! I also received a call from the dealership that while they’re calibrating the car that they would change my oil and save me a trip from coming there in July as I live a hour away! “Had a noon appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 11:45. Didn't start working on it until after 1:30. Didn't leave until 2:45. Never heard any reason for the delay. Looking for a new place to get service on the van.”
