Although, this might not always be the case. They do honest estimates, quality work. Eric is the main guy and he stands behind every project in his garage. “This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.”

“Had a noon appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 11:45. Didn't start working on it until after 1:30. Didn't leave until 2:45. Never heard any reason for the delay. Looking for a new place to get service on the van.”
