Horrible service, they must not know what pain is after a surgical procedure. They don’t inform you when a prescription is unavailable or not ready. You must call several times to speak with someone, just for them to tell you they are out of the prescribed medication, second they mislead you by directing you to a different cvs, the second cvs plays the exact same game. So hard to reach some one just for them to tell you the proscribed medication is expired and had absolutely no courtesy to call the customer in pain. CVS is a non-careing, non-humanitarian pharmacy. After one finds out their medication is expired, one must return to previous pharmacy just to get the run around game all over again. This will never be my pharmacy of choice.

Horrible customer service. I was on hold in two separate calls for 15 minutes each time. I use the app and one medication needed was out of stock. It being a pain med needed asap after a surgery. Wanted to see if I can go to a other CVS. I get it your busy, but we all are and it's your job to serve this community. Shameful. Maybe Corporate will take my call!

Giving it 1 star for the pharmacy. I just spent 20 minutes cause they "couldn't find" my prescription. This isn't the first time this happened. Poor management. I don't understand. You fill the prescription then put it in the box. How do you misplace it???? Also I get text messages saying my prescription is ready and when I go in they say they don't have any prescription for me.

Several issues with my four visits today:1. Employees complaining about customers when customers are within earshot.2. Floating Pharmacist complaining about hours when customers are within earshot.3. Pharmacist telling techs not to answer phone as that isn't a priority because they are busy.4. Pharmacy techs using poor staffing as an excuse for prescriptions not being ready when customers received notification they were ready.5. Waiting on hold for over 10 minutes (phone), finally driving back to store as they were not answering phones.6. No apology for issues caused by employee when changing insurance information.Avoid this CVS if you can unless poor customer service is acceptable to you.

Would give 0 if possible. Had my son's prescription sent here. My mom got to CVS, they said they didn't have it then said they did. Wouldn't give a time for completion just "this afternoon". I called to have prescription transferred closer and sat on hold for 16 minutes before hanging up - this lady went to lunch while her phone was ringing. I will be calling back at 1pm. My son has an ear infection and needs this prescription. :(

The pharmacy department at this store is either short on people or just incompetent. Like other commenters mentioned they will make you waste a lot of time calling your insurance and doctor, before realizing that they are not processing something correctly. Yesterday they shorted me on pills and I had to drive there today to pick up the rest, and I haven’t heard one “sorry” from them. I understand that people make mistakes but when you mix smugness and bad attitude that’s what makes a difference.

Inconvenient hours(not open until 9am on Saturdays and closed over lunch), and slow at filling rx's. One tech 8s very friendly(the male one), but the female is a bit snarly. Leaving me no choice but to return to Walgreen's, which is not contracted with my Insurance. But after going 3 times to try picking up my rx & arriving at a closed pharmacy, it's just too frustrating & time consuming. Walgreen's hours are way more convenient.

The people that work here are all lost! I go in to pickup a customer s prescription and give them the customers name and they proceed to treat me like a criminal saying I’m not getting the order till I tell them the customers address.I explain to them it doesn’t show it till I take a picture of the bag.The girl still thinks I’m stealing the prescription and turns the bag over like I’m trying to read the address and take the medicine! I was about to walk out but why should I when they are wrong!!! After I take a picture the address shows and I tell her and she says oh ok and gives me the package!! The whole time they acted like I was trying to steal the prescription!!! 0 stars 5 people trying to figure it out and not one of them has a clue!! I won’t be going in there anymore it’s not the first time they got ignorant with me!!!

This CVS is ok,EXCEPT their bathrooms, they are infested with these black fly-like bugs. They are EVERYWHERE you turn. They don't even try to do anything about it. Also, by the drink fridges, it looks like there is MOLD on the wood. That is totally unacceptable. CVS,fix this.

Just save yourself the aggravation and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. In a nutshell, I got 2 text messages while I was out of town that my prescription refill was ready. I went to pick it up and the tech told me they can't get the prescription. The tech then wanted to tell me I never received such a text. It's always something with this place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. 0/5 stars

Today I had Sarah help me and she was an angel! She was so kind and helpful as I was trying to renew and transfer my prescriptions. Thanks for making me feel like I made the right choice with CVS! She made my day!

Where do i even begin… just rude and can’t even own their own faults. To Rob and all the women, except the blonde lady. I told you so and i was right. I should’ve known better after my past 2 visits. They have no patience or knowledge in their own equipment and systems. They will repeatedly swipe your card without even canceling the previous order, then tell you you dont have enough funds after overcharging and emptying your bank. Had to yell at them to stop swiping the card. Then another lady come over yelling shes thats shes not, when she was. We can pull the camera footage and double down on that too. At the same time my bank is fraud alerting me because of your lack of intelligence on YOUR OWN system. Then had call to Rob who asked no questions and stated going off this poor excuse of a employee word. Then showed us a paper of the money you also took from my account… really? BMO is telling me the same thing I’ve been saying. The card was overcharged. BUT YOU HAD TO BE RIGHT. So tell me why Neil said pretty much the opposite of anything any of you were saying? Mhm right

This location is a busy one, but I'm always able to get through the drive through or get prescriptions inside pretty quickly. If they don't have my order, it's usually because I procrastinated before picking it up. They're not the most friendly bunch, but quite frankly, I'm not there to make friends. I'm looking to get in and out and move on with my day.

I cannot believe Nomah is a manager in the pharmacy. I watched and listened to her treat a client with such disrespect because they were asking questions about their medication and insurance. Talking over them, raising her voice. I ended up leaving and going to a different pharmacy.
