Many customers report that the staff is amazing, helpful, friendly, and wonderful, with employees giving a great deal of time to help. The store places a great deal of emphasis on customer service, and managers are quick to assist. However, some experiences indicate that process improvements are needed, particularly with special orders, where mishaps can occur. There are complaints that the store did not care during a difficult transaction, with reports of a manager hanging up on and talking over an upset client.
