“I needed a several pieces of glass cut to size. Neither Home Depot or Menards would do it but Lowe's was able to (straight lines only, no curves). At the Lowe's store I visited first, the glass cutting equipment was broken so they sent me to a different Lowe's store and they were able to help me. So there was some extra traveling and time wasted, but still, 5 stars for Lowe's overall for offering this service.”

“We went to several different home supply stores in the area one day, and only at Lowe's were we greeted warmly and asked if we needed any help. We were actually greeted by 3 different employees around the store, it was a breath of fresh air, most places ignore you these days. For that customer service alone, employees that actually seemed to care that we were there, I'll return to Lowe's first when choosing a home supply store.”

“I appreciate the smallness, ease, and convenience of shopping here compared to the big box hardware store just kitty corner from this Ace. I can park right by the front door, leave my dogs in the car for a few minutes knowing they’re safe, run inside & get what I need fast, with helpful staff on the scene, without having to walk the vast parking lot & cavernous aisles at the big place across the street.”
