I came into the store sorely needing a new phone. I had some reservations about coming in store since every other phone store I’ve ever visited had crew members who didn’t really know what they were talking about and were obviously trying to up sell. This said, my experience tonight at this location was so good that I doubt I will ever try another location. Our representative, David, was very knowledgeable about every phone we looked at and his demeanor quickly eased my anxiety about this large purchase. David took my concerns seriously and gave me real answers that gave me tangible direction on what phone is best for me. I’m looking forward to using my new phone, thank you David!

Wow what a very unprofessional assistant manager, Carlos. Tall guy probably 6"3 and his attitude is intimidating customers and fellow co-workers I know because I asked a couple of them. They didn't like his attitude either but said who can you complain to their all like that! I almost had to get on to him and ask him to stay calm and de escalate. I'll never go back. Sorry you don't like your job.

Xfinity customer service is the worst. Went to change over from att service. First off we had to pay over 2k to unlock phones,fine I get that but when they tell you the apple phone is the easiest to change over and you don't have service for 11 days.to top it off it's my 15 yeolds phone and she's not taking it well. Between my wife and I we have spent over ten hours in the store only to gear that we have to wait days again. Terrible I don't recommend 5hem at all. Oh did I mention my teenager still has no service!all they can say is sorry or I know how you feel. No you don't know ow I feel and sorry is not getting my crying daughter service!!!

This location offered everything you want when you step in . Great customer service . We last week and didn't buy anything but we have so many questions about new IPhone, watches , accessories even billing . Thank you to Mr. Carson for been an example of a 5 stars customer service. Today I came back and purchased a watch a phone and bunch of accessories. I didn't see Carson but we got again a great customer service from a different associate .

We have been a Verizon customer since 2020. This rating is for their Lake in the Hills office. We just traded in our Samsung S21 Ultra phones for Samsung S23 Ultra phones. We needed help moving our info from the old to new phones. We made an appointment and got our new phones and accessories as well as patient assistance from store personnel, who were fabulous!

The store is never open based on the hours posted. They always close one to two hours, before posted times. Have been trying to solve a Verizon issue for several months, I keep getting the runaround and no answers. Every time I go to this location, I get the big FU, and end up leaving with no problems solved. I have had horrible service, and phone battery issues. Still attempting to resolve these issues, so I don't have to carry a charger with me, as my phone will be dead halfway through the day.

After a horrible review explaining the problems that my wife and I have had constantly over the last 8 months, the store manager requested that I come in for the staff to fix my phone. After 2 hours in store, I left with a paperweight, aka non-working phone. After leaving the store, I googled how to fix the problems, and solved the issues, but the store specialist was unable to solve them. The store's current solution is to send me a replacement phone, that I should receive in 2 to 5 business days. No other solution, compensation for the problems, issues, or headache provided by this store has been offered.

Well, after over 20 years with Verizon I am finally done!. Went there yesterday to upgrade outdated plan and phones, just to find out being loyal to VW mean to be stupid. The salesman who worked with us wouldnt badge on anything, nor the manager. Looks like the the walk-in customers better deal than us. Even making excuses that didn't make senses like if i transfer my number from old phone would cancel my financing deal on the phone (i guess it would be different talk if i was switching from AT%T or T-Mobile??!!!). I guess salesperson, he would do whatever he is told, but shame on VERIZON. I gues loyalty means nothing these days. SAYONARA VERIZON.

Had great service upgrading our phone. The gentleman migrated our phones from android to iPhone. Everything was done perfectly.
