Walgreens Pharmacy is viewed by many as the best pharmacy in town, with pharmacists described as very knowledgeable, always very happy, polite, and helpful. Customers report great experiences, especially during busy times like receiving vaccines. The staff maintains a positive attitude, multitasking to help with the volume of guests while being comforting, quick, and personable. The location has a handy, little waiting area designed for relaxation for families. However, significant frustration exists with the phone system. Customers report being on hold for at least 20 minutes every time they call, with waits sometimes reaching 45 minutes to refill medications. The phone system seems to place callers on hold repeatedly, which is frustrating and makes people dread calling. Some note that prices are inflated, but this is attributed to the convenience store model. Overall, the in-person service receives high praise for kindness and efficiency, while the phone service is a consistent and major challenge.
My wife had surgery, and her Doctor sent a prescription for morphine to this Walgreens. In a LOT of pain. I come in right away, and the pharmacy is closed for a meal break. They closed it for 3o minutes so they can take s break together at 6:45 in the evening. Who does this?

Awful, took 2 days to get antibiotics after a surgery and they still don’t have the ibuprofen script. Seriously what are we doing.

I have swollen lymph nodes, canker sores, swollen gums & bad pain. All I need is my prescription and can’t have it. I have been trying to pick it up since yesterday, so what do I do? This Walgreens always has issues. If you don’t want to die from not getting your prescribed medications choose any other pharmacy.
