YOUDERA or Yiudhera i am not sure how to spell her name but she is the most disrespectful person ever and should be fired immediately she works in the pharmacy after being on hold for 30 minutes she cursed me out and said call another pharmacy and get your medicine sent there

UPDATE:: Just called to today and got a female getting defensive right away after her to double check on meds that they may have. EVERY TIME they said they were out 3 times before, I got a nice young man telling me would double check and they HAD some so he gave me what they had. This mad lady, maybe she can't handle customer service but she shouldn't be working the phones, got all mad when I told her 3 times before a guy checked and they had it. Told me I shouldn't fight her about them having the meds. HUH. I said 1 thing yet she gets all bent out of shape. Sad sad place Drive thru is slow as heck. There's no one looking at the cameras to let us know they will be right with us. It's like they don't pay attention to anything other than what they are doing. Even inside, no one looks around to make sure customers are taken care of. 133 reviews and most are bad is terrible. Change the gm, managers, etc to better that store.

Super slow. Appointment at 12pm they will check you at 12:30pm and maybe you will get your vaccines by 1pm.

I’m so fed up with this pharmacy. If you are on pain medication/prescription narcotics, DO NOT GO HERE. Every single month they have given my meds to another patient even though they told me to bring my script in a few days in advance to ensure that I get my medication on time. I bring it in 2-3 days in advance to make sure that they order it and I can pick it up on time. They order it for me and then when the day comes that I need it, they tell me they’ve given it to another patient and expect me to wait two and a half days with no medication. And this happens every. Single. Month. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for YEARS, and I’ve had enough!! If a patient comes in days in advance and you order that medication for them, put it aside for THEM, don’t give it to another patient! It’s absurd. I’m now going to the Jewel across the street and even they were appalled when I told them what Walgreens has been doing to me every month. They order the medication needed for that patient each month and it stays aside for THAT patient.

Okay. Dropped of my daughter's medication yesterday (has to be an actual prescription for ADHD) and I asked if they had it in stock - the tech says yes and it'll be ready in 1.5 hours. Husband went to pick it up and they say it's out of stock and will let us know when it's in. I'm confused as I asked about it when I dropped it off. Okay, next day it's still not available so I call and am on hold for awhile. Someone finally says that the insurance automatically requests generic so they just let it be and didn't look for named brand. But they found the brand and said it'll be available in 1/2 hour. Go to pick it up and the line is backed up. No movement for 10 minutes so I go through the drive through. The tech at the window is working on someone at the front and checking them out and says she'll be right back. Wait another 5 minutes in the line (my husband rung the bell and the tech unenthusiastically said she'll be right there) and shocking - no one showed up. Poor customer service. I can appreciate being low staffed. But acknowledge the customers and let them know you'll be there as soon as you can. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't make everyone else miserable. I'll attempt to get my daughters prescription tomorrow but do not have high hopes. I usually go to the Walgreens off of Square Barn but they were out of this medication. Squares Barn location is great.

Always polite & helpful. I grade on a curve in that relative to what many in this world have to deal with we are fortunate to have the services and comforts we do "overall". Im not Mr. Pollyanna. I just think we have to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Melissa or Marissa, whatever her name, she's an assistant manager with a terrible attitude. I have no idea how she got a job in customer service when she is rude and doesn't know how to properly do her job. She had to redo my refund because she didn't do it right the first time, it took extra time almost made me late to work and she didn't even apologize. She also wears what looks like a fake or extremely cheap engagement ring on her finger. She's a sad case. Stay away from this place! If you have to go to Walgreens, go to the one on Square Barn Rd. Way better staff.

This Walgreens is bar none the best pharmacy in town. The pharmacists here are all very knowledgeable and they always are very happy. I can't say enough great things, thanks for being there.

Short wait time for my call to be answered at pharmacy so that's good. I understand they are busy, 100%, but the way they answer the phone leaves much much much to be desired. It was almost as if I annoyed them by calling, and when I asked a question which I realize may have seemed stupid to them, I got a very disingenuous sarcastic tone. She was ready to hang up before I was able to get in I had another question. I would change my review, as I am a customer there now, if the service changes. Bad first impression though

I like this pharmacy it just drives me nuts how everytime I call I’m on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes. It happens everytime, today I just had enough because I had a little bit of time to call them and I’m on an 14 minute hold as we speak and just used half my lunch break, but it’s looking like I’ll be using the whole thing. It’s weird too because the phone will randomly start ringing, it seems as if it’s my turn and they go and place me on hold all over again. Im not sure if their system is to take care of callers last, but my issues are important too! My dr will not let me fill meds through them, they make you call the pharmacy to refill. So it’s just frustrating. I always dreeaaddd calling this pharmacy and it’s just sad when they’re supposed to take care of you. It seems if I want a refill on my 3 meds I have to wait 45 min to even place it :( I just wish they’d do better with their phone calls.

2022 has been crazy already, but I had a GREAT experience at this Walgreens yesterday. I went in to get a vaccine and the pharmacy was POPPIN' - but while it was busy, it was moving along steadily. We came in for my son's vaccine (9 and very nervous about needles). He was being very brave and laid back when we got in. The lady who checked us in was multitasking to help with the volume of guests, but she kept a positive attitude and even took time to chat with my son as she checked us into the system. They have a handy, little waiting area designed for relaxation with a television and a little table with crayons and coloring pages for the kids. When we were up, my son's nerves got a little shaken, but our nurse (Mary) spoke to him directly and assured him it was easy and quick. She handed him a pop-it and he was elated to have something to focus on. She was comforting, quick and personable. She did such a stellar job and I always appreciate folks who keep positive even when it was quite clear that they hadn't had much downtime all day. Thank you for your kindness and your willingness to work through challenges without making your guests feel like cattle. PS: for everyone saying it is overpriced- that's how "Convenience" stores are. The prices are inflated to cover the convenience of location and product alike. I feel like that's just common knowledge and if that is the issue you have with any CVS, Walgreens, etc - Then you have issues with the pricing model of Convenience stores, not the actual location.

I went for a covid test and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to find out I had to be in the other lane. There was nothing in the confirmation email and no signs anywhere to specify this. So then I had to go get back in line and wait another 25 minutes. I'm sure I can't be the only one that this happened to yet they still don't specify it anywhere. Bad management and customer service.

Makes me sad to see a low score on a store\pharmacy that has a team of employees who work with synergy amongst them. The pharmacy is under very strict FDA restrictions on certain medications. These restrictions may require extra attention a second person to verify. Ive been here just over a year and was hesitant to send my monthly scripts there. I have 30 years experience in the and around the medical field. When I patiently wait for my prescription, I see every team member offering help to customers, team members explaining to customers why something is not working or trying to help someone confused by the convoluted medical requirements. I'm very happy as they are always accurate with my meds (unlike a previous pharmacy). It would help to hire part-time staff during peak hours. A BIG KUDOS TO TEAM JOB WELL DONE.
