“This is the second time I have brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade to NRF.
I am very happy to say that after living in the area since 1991, I have finally found a mechanic that I will stick with.
Any time I have had to have my car serviced, the mechanics usually tell me that my car is a piece of garbage and I should get rid of it and buy a new one.
Not NRF! They realize not everyone can do that and each time they have gone the extra mile to fix my car (which is not easy) due to rust and all the can's of worms that can pop up when working on an older vehicle.
Norm (the owner) comes off as a straight shooter and I haven't felt taken advantage of because he keeps me posted every step of the way.
I feel his prices are fair and both times my car has been worked on, I'm certain that much more time was spent in labor than what I was charged.
I also enjoyed watching the interaction between Norm and his mechanic, Scott. They definitely seemed to bounce things off of one another like a true team.
Met Chris, the Office Administrator today and even Norm's wife. Both gals were very friendly.
I really love the vibe of a good old fashioned mom and pop business.
The only problem I have in giving NRF a good review is I'm selfish and hate the thought that next time I might have to wait a week to bring my car in (like so many other shops).
Each time Norm and Scott have gotten me in the same day with the goal of finishing the work by the end of the day or the next morning.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Norm and his whole team.

“I only had a small amount of work done by them, small things I could've done myself I guess, but on the other hand, no one could've done it like they did, as quickly as they did, as inexpensively as they did.
I look a little different and don't quite fit in easily in this area, yet when I was on the premises I felt cared about and treated as an equal. This is really important to me and contributes greatly to which establishments I frequent.
I also appreciated their expertise, their willingness to help and give me advice, some of which wouldn't have benefited their business monetarily.
I feel taken care of, and I'll be back soon to get some work done that they helped me diagnose.

I didn’t feel pushed into a vehicle I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. Upon picking up my new Vehicle it was clean and ready when. The process of paperwork was smooth and not rushed! All my questions were answered and the functions of my vehicle were addressed and shown to me before I left so I could understand it all easily! Kaiden spent time with me showing me how to download and use the Mitsubishi app! I will recommend this dealer to friends and family because of my experience.
