“I wanna say a big thank you to Brian and Kyle! Definitely some of the best and fairest prices I've seen any where in the lake County area! Left spending less than I expected with the piece of mind that I was given a 30 day warranty! Definitely coming back for my holiday shopping! The shops dog loki was the icing on the cake ! Great pup! 10/10”

“Yesterday we made it in time for the last day of their 4th of July sales. We had stopped by there over the weekend and worked with Roy to pick out three appliances and that prices. He was very patient and knowledgeable of all the appliances. He was also very thorough and answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured when other customers walked into the store. We were very impressed how willing he was to price match other prices we had gotten and gave us the best deals! Now we can also look forward to $800 worth of 4th of July rebates they were giving toward purchases. We were very please with the service and will continue to shop there even though we live in richmond, il, even though it is quite a distance from Libertyville, IL. We feel like Roy went over and beyond his job ... way to go!”

“I stopped by EZPAWN for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. Anna made the whole experience easy from the start. She took the time to explain how everything worked, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and was incredibly friendly throughout. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days”

“I can’t say enough great things about this pawn shop! I can honestly say the experience has always been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I’ve been treated with genuine respect, kindness, and dignity — something that is unfortunately hard to find in this industry. I’ve visited other pawn shops in the area, and the difference is night and day. Where others can feel cold, dismissive, or even judgmental, this place consistently makes you feel welcomed, valued, and understood. No matter the situation, they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and work with you in a way that feels fair and honest. It’s rare to find a business that not only provides a service but truly cares about the people walking through the door. That’s exactly what sets this shop apart. Their professionalism, integrity, and compassion keep us coming back every time. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like a person—not just a transaction—this is it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a trustworthy and respectful experience.”

“We were there this afternoon. JD did an amazing job. I believe that's his name. We went in there to get a phone case. Then we decided to go with a screen protector. He made sure he explained the plan that if we had the screen protector if we paid for the insurance on the phone then it would be covered for free however we had not. He was very informative. Made sure that we were informed with everything that he was selling us explained everything put the screen protector on and did an amazing job. We live in Wauconda the store in Wauconda no longer exist. We went down there and then again when to above & beyond.. Thank you guys. We found our new store..”

“Today we got really lucky and received help from Ivan N. We just made the switch to T - Mobile, two new phones and internet service, we’re a little older and not very high tech and Ivan got us up and running in no time. I can’t say enough about how patient, kind and courteous Ivan was, he also took his time and walked us step by step through the internet router installation process, when we got home we did everything he said and we were good to go in just a few minutes, what a nice kid, smart too. NICE JOB IVAN and THANK YOU! 👍”

“Brock was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, patient and understanding helping me (a Sr Citizen). I'm here visiting Illinois from Arizona & was having issues with my Motorola phone. He assisted me with my current phone's issues, helped me change my service from Metro to T-Mobile and order a new phone shipped to my vacation home in Illinois.”

“Chicago Audio and Video Design have been AMAZING in helping me get set up for the opening of my Caffe! They were always on time and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I have had them out here several times and have never had an issue with them. They even swung by to check on us while working at another shop nearby! Nick, Kleat and Lucas exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and work ethic. I will never use another audio/visual company. I would suggest them 100%!!!!!!!”

“I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews for big stores, but I felt this one was worth it. The only reason I’m leaving a 5-star review is because of Will, normally found at the self-checkout lane. No matter the day or time, Will always has the biggest smile on his face and genuinely makes the experience better. He’s friendly, welcoming, polite, and always takes a moment to say hi and ask how people’s day is going. That small interaction makes a bigger difference than people realize. I’ll honestly wait in the self-checkout line if it means Will is there, because his attitude and positivity set the tone for the whole visit. Target is lucky to have him.”

“I purchased all new kitchen appliances a few months ago with the extraordinary help of the Gurnee BB sales person, Paul Sereno. It had been a few decades since I'd purchased new appliances so I was starting from scratch with no knowledge of what's available now. Paul never tired of my questions. His knowledge base is the best I've ever experienced. He not only did a home visit to see my kitchen's needs but he also met me a few times in the store. Additionally, he walked me through my BB reward options so that I got the best deal possible. My experience with Paul was a SOLID 5 star experience. Thank you Paul!”

“I don't have to go into the store often by any means! I am pleased with my service and ALL devices. We had an extremely pleasant experience with employee I believe his name was Alex. Greeted at the door and welcomed to a space. We had everything handled within 15 mins. Wonderful experience!”

“The staff here is super friendly and they know all of their “regulars”! I’m not a “regular” but I could see the way the cashiers interacted with their customers and it’s a special bond. We had a quick visit on Saturday, April 19, 2025 but super pleasant. I won’t forget my visit in 2024 when they made a pizza slice for me in just TWO MINUTES. Very impressive! (Written 4-26-25)”

“I have been shopping at this Target since moving to the area in 2020. Today I had another great experience here. I used the Target app to order everything I needed, and Morgan had everything ready when I arrived. I wish I had kept a list of all the employees that I have dealt with because they have all been excellent. A shout-out to all the staff at Target; keep up the great job. With gratitude, Scott”

“I needed to buy groceries and other stuffs so I decided to go in the store instead of the grocery store near my place because Target is the good store where I can buy literally everything aside from groceries. The store was clean and bright and everything seems to be on point. Selections are good too never had a problem. I am done with my groceries and the things that I needed to buy when I decided to go on their clothes section. I am not planning to buy but after I saw the nice selection and after seeing interesting items I decided to buy too. Prices are fair and reasonable and it is such a great deal!. I got everything I needed in the store and I got new clothes too haha! What a great day it is!”

“Prepare for an unforgettable convenience store experience at Round Lake's 7-Eleven! This place is a roller coaster ride of hilarity. The Angry Overnight Guy steals the show with his scowls and late-night rants that are pure comedy gold. The shelves are a treasure trove of surprises, like unicorn tear-flavored chips. The staff, while not as grumpy, are friendly and helpful. So, if you're tired of mundane shopping, this 7-Eleven is your ticket to laughter-filled adventures. Say hi to the Angry Overnight Guy and brace yourself for a convenience store like no other. It's comedy, snacks, and unforgettable moments in one package!”
