The young man was so kind, he’s also cute, and he works fast. The service was amazing, I was in and out in 10 minutes max, even less! The owner has a good employee there!

Just so refreshing and surprising how above and beyond the guy on the front desk at the Lake Zurich location went for helping me out. ( don't remember his name, Thursday September 11, 11:30am).
Just wow 👌. Wish evry car rental place would do the same. Definitely will be back
