Today, however, she went over and above. Somehow, I don't know how or where, I cut my finger. She was so kind and helpful, giving me wipes, antibiotic cream and Band-Aids. She even helped me by opening the items so I could access them easier. She is the true Spirit of Christmas.”

“We adopted Weather yesterday. She is such a WONDERFUL, 2 year old mixed breed stray from out of town. Reach really does their due-diligence - checks your references and interviews you! Until you're cleared for take off, the one boss lady can seem a little strict, but anyone can see that everyone there has the best interests of the animals passionately in their hearts! There are so many cases of abuse and neglect in this world, and they want to make sure none of their beloved animals become a statistic.
I've owned small businesses and done a lot of volunteer work. I know too well that things don't always go right despite good intentions. To the other reviewers that didn't report 5-star experiences, I urge them to show some grace to these dedicated and passionate volunteers. Their hearts are AMAZING!

“We went on Raptor Day, so parking was $20/car (usually free). It was money well spent, and also knowing the funds are going to help with conservation. The staff/volunteers were so knowledgeable and friendly, and spent time answering all our questions. It is also a beautiful area to hike around, with some great spots for photos.”
“Got dogs with lots of energy? Here is a great place to wear them out physically but most importantly mentally. Class sizes are small and instruction is individualized.”

“It's only been 2 weeks since I adopted Capone (Cappy) .Lori and the staff. Were great. I was looking at a few different dogs. And after talking with Lori. Cappy was the best choice. They listen to what i wanted and found me a buddy. They really CARE ABOUT THE DOGS, and want to find the best match. And they did.!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.. Talk with them and you'll get a great out come.

“Excellent programs and staff! We have belonged to this playhouse for almost 12 years and do happy to have it so close to us! We have gotten support for us and our daughter and so many resources! It’s a great place to do program's and or volunteer!Hugs and Mugs is a great place to get gelato, chat or a cup of coffee! Our kids like to make special mugs and water bottles there for Father’s Day and Teacher gifts! Quality. Experience is great!”

“very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. They make you feel welcome and the people at the front desk actually help and care. You will need to be a resident of specific surrounding areas and will need your ID and bring a piece of mail pr something with your address to receive services here. They will give you clothes, personal hygiene items and food if you need it. They have different churches you can go to get a bed and sleep, each church is a different day of the week and people are picked as a lottery so beds are not a guarantee.”
