“Very helpful and friendly staff. They make you feel welcome and the people at the front desk actually help and care. You will need to be a resident of specific surrounding areas and will need your ID and bring a piece of mail pr something with your address to receive services here. They will give you clothes, personal hygiene items and food if you need it. They have different churches you can go to get a bed and sleep, each church is a different day of the week and people are picked as a lottery so beds are not a guarantee.”
“very nice staff but prices has gone up alot. thrifting is also to help people who can't afford certain item, not to pay retail price for used items. The prices starting to look like salvation army prices.”

I called Elderwerks & spoke with one of their experts - Barbara Rosenberg. She comes with 40 years of experience with elder care.
Barbara asked me questions about my mom & her “new” situation. She evaluated my mom’s case & explained different options - Facilities, senior care, etc.
I also wanted a list of Elder care attorney & she gave me some in the zipcode area.
It did not stop there, later, Barbara checked up on me & my mom’s status.
The not-for-profit group provides you guidance, but they also show you compassion.”
